Hi Cathe,
I have 4 of your dvds and would like to purchase one on abs and core strength. I have an L4 disk injury that I am healing from. Need to strengthen my core for injury prevention and to get my core in figure competition shape (like yours are) at 45 years old. Which one do you reccommend I purchase from you?? Thanks so much, Lynn
