Cathe and Educated Crowd,
I was wondering why it is much easier for me to not only loose weight in my upper ab area, but it is much more difficult to do the lower ab work where you lift your hips up (without swinging them up) and it’s just as hard to do the combo crunches, where you lift the lower body and upper simultaneously. Is there anyway to make it easier, does it get easier the flatter your abs are? I was just wondering if it would get any easier. I’ve been doing ab work and lost quite a few inches off my waist. My upper abs/rib area and sides look like they are almost there (only 1 more inch to go) but my lower abs, below my belly button, is coming off much slower and I’m wondering if I can do something to strengthen my lower abs to help me do lower body crunches better. I do it, but I think I am swinging my hips up even though I try not to. And I make it easier at times when my back hurts very much by putting my arms down at my side for balance or support. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any advise. Faythe |
