I am way excited about the new 3 month transformation rotation. However, as a busy mom of four kids, I only have time to work out 5 days a week. I always take Sunday off for religious reasons and it is pretty rare we are actually home on a Saturday. So I'm trying to figure out how to do a 6 day rotation and fit it into 5 days. I'm wondering if I should just start on day 1 and do all the workouts as listed until I'm done or should I cut out one each week?

I'm not an expert, but when I'm short on time or have a very busy schedule I skip one cardio workout, trying to add some short cardio session at the end of my weight training: i.e.,if I work UB for 40 mins, then do 20 mins s/s cardio, OR I choose something which combines both for my LB so that I keep the heart rate up while building muscles : TBT LB and LBB are my favourites in that case. Hope this helps...

There is no hard and fast rule that a rotation has to be 6 days. I think just doing them in order making sure you give your muscles the right amount of rest time would work. And rotations can start on any day of the week. Not just Monday.
