4-day split premix(es) request

For those of us who like to at least occasionally do weights before cardio, it would be nice if each workout offered a premix with warm-up, weight work, cardio, cool-down, perhaps with a warm-up of bonus footage that is especially created to both be a general warm-up and to target the specific muscle groups that are to be worked.

Excellent idea! I just read in Men's Health that weight training prior to cardio burns more fat.

Also, I can work harder on my weights if I work them first and I the cardio a nice stretch afterwards.

That is a great idea, Kathryn. You normally do not see premixes like that one. I personally like to do cardio before my weights, but I would like to try out something different by trying weights before cardio, this would give me the boost I need to try it that way!

Please, please, please consider this. Excellent suggestion Kathryn!! :)

I feel I get a better payoff in strength gains if I lift prior to doing cardio. (and this option would be beneficial for those who choose to do so, without having to program our dvd player ourselves)
