Cathe/Others,
I love the 100 Rep Challenges on XTRAIN. I would like to see more on upcoming Workouts if possible. I do one almost every day because they are so fast and doable.
My question is how do you measure progression or progress on the 100 reps? I usually have to break each challenge into 4 tries (about 40 reps the 1st try, 20 reps the 2nd try, etc.). However I am now able to do some of the challenges with 50-60 reps on the first try.
As I am able to do more and more reps on each try, should I up my dumbbell weight or up my reps? Meaning should I stay at my original dumbbell weight until I am able to do 100 reps in a single try and then up my dumbbell weight or should I up my dumbbell weight so that my initial try is back down to about 35 reps?
Thanks.
