I no longer have the emails that sent them to me in the first place but I wat to reload the new videos to work in the blender. I sent an email a few days ago. Isn't there a place on the website that keeps yhour downloads once you are logged in?

Your download links can't be accessed on our website. If you have lost your download links you need to open a ticket in the help desk and customer service will help you.

I did open a ticket and did get a message back through my email that a ticket had been opened ( Ticket #5632111)
but that was days ago. What is next? When I try to log on to open a new ticket- it does not recognize my email address. Thank you

That's a ticket number for shop.cathe.com. For Downloads you want to use the Help Desk (there is a link at the very Right Top of this page). I informed Customer service and they will contact you in just a bit.
