Hi there SNM can you help please?
I've spent all day (literally) installing, uninstalling and reinstalling WB. When I try to drag and drop a download, the WB crashes. Sometimes I get a faded version of the DVD cover appearing along with its title, other times I just get the downloaded title appearing. I've left the PC for 30 minutes and still no change, the workout hasn't imported. What am I doing wrong? Cocoloco

I persevered and eventually imported the 4DS downloads. Maybe just switching the PC off rectified the fault? It's working now and that's all that matters!

If you had recently installed the updated WB you have to reboot your computer for it to work properly. This also true anytime you install a WB update.
