[SNM Videos]

Those of you that purchased downloads should be able to download starting late tomorrow. We will post further instructions tomorrow on how and where to go to download the new workouts. If you're still using an iPod 5G (these have not been made since 2006) you will need to contact customer service for a special link. We are no longer supporting 5G devices since their older technology prohibits us from using the higher resolutions of the more modern devices. We will provide a lower resolution link if there are any current people who purchased the downloads during the presale.

We also today received the newest update of the Workout Blender that will fix many of the problems that have been reported. This update must be installed in order to use the new workouts in the WB. This update should fix the problem of some workouts , like Muscle Max and CTX, not working in the Workout Blender. This release will not fix all of the reported bugs, but hopefully will fix many of them. We're are testing the newest WB build tonight and will let you know if everything tests OK and when you can download it.

So how late? Was "hoping" to preview tonight and attempt one tomorrow. Are we still on track for downloads tonight?

The link will be posted shortly. We're not going to send out an email on this or make a big announcement until we get some feedback letting us know:

1. The Shopping cart and Coupons are working as they should.
2. Downloads work ok

Two biggest reasons for Download problems:

a) Virus software - You may need to disable it
b) wireless - these are big files. We suggest always using a wired connection.

Please give us some feedback so we can know ASAP if things are working okay once we post the link. I especially want to know if the coupon and cart are working ok.

The shopping cart and coupon worked just fine. I am attempting my first download (High Reps). Although the download box appears, it's showing "0% completed" and there doesn't appear to be anything happening ("estimated time left" and "transfer rate" are both blank). I'll let it go for a little while and then try again.

As feedback.... I canceled the first download (which appeared to be unresponsive) and tried again with the same result. I'll try again tomorrow.

I've been able to download all but the Lower Body Blast & Body Blast Leg Drills. When I try I get the following notice:

"This file is served directly by the seller. At this moment seller's server has failed to respond. Please try again later. You can contact the seller at support@cathedownloads.com"

SNM saidit was a bug and they'd work on it tomorrow...
I got all the rest downloaded!
