Hi
I've just downloaded Athletic Step to a USB Flash Drive. I'm playing it back on ITunes but it's quite slow, certainly not the speed of the DVD. Any advice?

I would transfer the file from your thumb drive to your hard drive. You can play video from a USB drive, but success will depend on the type of USB drive and other factors. A USB "Two" drive should be fast enough to work while I doubt a USB "One" drive is fast enough to play correctly. Moving the file to your hard drive should solve the issue as long as your computer is capable of playing large video files.
