MPEG-4 Video File vs. MPEG-4 Movie File

I am issue with one of my downloaded videos, Cross Train Express Upper Body Split. The only thing I have been able to determine is that I have no problem importing MPEG-4 Video files but my Cross Train Express download is a MPEG-4 Movie file.

I have no idea what the solution is or the work around but this the only thing I have been able to determine is the big different between files that work in the Blender and those that don't.

CATHE....help, is there a fix for this?

PS I am also on MAC.

they really need to title the thread something like
"current unsupported downloads"


because not everyone has the time to read every thread.

Who knew that a thread titled "leaner legs" would end up containing lists of unsupported downloads?

why can't they just create one thread with a descriptive title?

I'm afraid to download anything more.

The only workouts that currently will not work due to the way they were encoded are Step N Motion 1 and CTX. All of the other 170 workouts are capable of working in the WB. Our goal is to make all of our workouts work in the WB, but this is a very early beta release and there will be hundreds of problems that will have to be fixed and ironed out over time.
