I don't think I ever got a coupon code?

Hi There-

I have my email confirmation from when I ordered my DVD's and downloads, but I don't have any coupon code information. Did this come in a separate email? The only info in that email is my customer number and the order number.

I don't know if this helps you, but for me I got both the confirmation email for my order followed by the email with the download code on the same day several months back. They are both from the same sender. If not you can email support and they should be able to help you.

I've searched every email account that I have and can't find the pre-sale download coupon either. After I submitted a ticket (of course), I found my receipt/invoice/whatever it is and my paypal receipt but not the second email with the code. At least the solution is simple or seems simple.
