Today I wanted to import my Intensity file into the blender when a pop-up saying "This video format is not supported" came out. Could it be due to an error while downloading? And if so, may I try to download this again?
I must say that so far this is the only file I've had an issue with. I don't think the file is corrupted, as I've purchased it last November and played it a lot of times but never experienced any issues, the problem came out just right now as I finally made up my mind and downloaded the blender to mix things up with the new LIS. Thank you in advance for your kind reply!

I would just try downloading it again. I know this is one of the videos that we redid shortly after launching it.
