Download Help!

I have tried to download Step Moves twice and both times I get an error that says
Internet Explorer can not download cathe-step moves Operation Timed Out. Anyone know what is happening. Sorry if this is a stupid question I know very little about computers.

This just means your losing your connection to our server or your download is taking too long. The two most common reasons for this problem are: #1. A slow or poor internet connection. An extreme example of this would be a person trying to use a dial up connection. #2 Virus software or Firewall - your virus software may be trying to scan your download and at the very least will slow down the download process and may even stop it.

Your Virus software may also cause your download to pause. This may make our software think that each pause is a new attempt by you to download and falsely think that you have exceeded the maximum number of attempts we allow you to download. In a case like yours we always suggest that you first try temporarily disabling your Virus software until your download is complete. Then turn it back on.

If you still have problems after disabling your Virus software and/or your Firewall ....or you don't have Virus software or a firewall, please get back to us with additional information like:

1. Your Connection Type and Speed (ie, DSL, cable, wireless, dial up)
2. Operating system (ie, Max OS X, PC Vista)
3. Browser Type ( Firefox 3.1, Safari 2.0, IE 8.0)
4. Virus software and or Firewall
5. How long you have had your computer

Thank you for answering so quickly. I tried these things and I am still getting the same message "operation timed out". I sent an email to Download support with the information about my computer.
