I thought with other workouts the premixes weren't included but the way the write-up for Insanity reads, it looks like the premixes are included. Please advise before I download.

I think you mean "Intensity" ? Premixes are not videos. They are a computer script that tells a DVD player what to play and in what order to play it. Thus, it is impossible to include a premix with a download since they only work for DVD players. We do include any additional footage that was used in making some of the premixes in the newest videos, but the only way to make an actual premix is to use our Workout Blender.

I thought something looked funny when I typed Insanity (thinking that Cathe wouldn't name her workouts the same as some other thing out there). Thanks for the correction.
Also, thanks for the verification. I'll order the dvd.
