Hello, SNM, not sure what to do. I downloaded the new workouts and when I open file it places the download in my Zune. I can play it once it has been downloaded, but it doesnt show in my list of video collections. It just seems to be lost somewhere. Once I exit the video, I cant find it. I checked on all of my download files and it is not there. I have other video via download (cathe's and the workout blender) and never had this problem before. Can you please help? Veronica

Did you save the files or click open instead?

Dah....I was so excited to get the downloads that I actually opened the file instead of saving it
 . My son figured it out shortly after my post. I will re-download and save it first!  . Thanks for the quick response..Veronica

It's a common mistake, but glad you figured it out. So others will know on a PC you always need to click save when downloading your files.
