If I make a premix workout using the workout blender, do I then have to play the workout on the computer, or can I download the premix to my ipod and play it on my tv with my cable attachment?

Hi Fiddlefit. The premixes that Workout Blender creates will work both on your computer and on your iPod or any other "iDevice" without conversion, and will play through to your TV with the correct cable for your device.

Awesome! I have a Asus OPlay Media Player that I play my downloads on....oh this is going to be a spendy habit!
