I only work out at the gym at work and the DVD player is in the yoga room, while the weights are upstairs in the weight room. So, I only need to listen to my ipod and follow along with weight workouts, no video is needed. First of all I guess my question would be whether the DVD download is going to take up a lot more space on my ipod than just audio? Since I have limited space on my ipod, if this is the case, I would like to download the audio only. Is that possible?

We don't offer an audio only option for our downloads. We list all of the file sizes on our download site, but plan on about 1 gig of space for a 60 minute video.

Google "Cinematize". Not sure if it will work with Cathe videos, but look into it. I've often pulled audio off of videos with that app.
