blender saves videos as XML document

I just downloaded the workout manager and created a custom video. I can preview it and it appears to have created the video in my library. When I try to retrieve the video file to import it into itunes, I can only find an XML document of the same name as the video I created. Am I looking in the wrong folder? I searched my computer for video files of the new video but it turns up nothing. Please help...

Hello aprilrain,

Your created workout video files are located in the following folders (unless you changed the default location when you first launched the Workout Blender, in which case only you will know where you specified):

• If you are using a Mac: [Your Hard Drive]\Users\[Your User Name]\Movies\Workout Blender Videos
  
• If you are using Windows: [Your Hard Drive]\Users\[Your User Name]\Videos\Workout Blender Videos

The .xml files that you have mentioned are only "instructions" that the Workout Blender uses to create your workout and do not contain any video themselves.
