Hi SNM
I downloaded the 4DS over christmas but have experienced problems with HIS. I've viewed the entire 4DS series thru itunes and workout blender but only have the fault with HIS. I downloaded it twice but each version plays at a beat behind. Any suggestions? Cocoloco

If you still have download attempts left, please re-download HIS from our servers. We have re-encoded the video to correct the problem you have reported. If you don't have any attempts left, please contact CatheDownloads customer support and we will send you a new download code/link. Hope this solves your problems with HIS!
