4DS HIS download problem

Hi SNM

I downloaded the 4DS over christmas but have experienced problems with HIS. I've viewed the entire 4DS series thru itunes and workout blender but only have the fault with HIS. I downloaded it twice but each version plays at a beat behind.

Any suggestions?
