I emailed customer service but haven't heard anything yet (I know they are super busy right now). I thought I would try asking here since tomorrow is the last day for the special. I am going to order a bunch of downloads (and get 50% off). Am I able to also use the 15% discount as well? I don't see anywhere where it says not valid with other discounts. When I put in the code the price goes up. Thanks for your help.

No, you have to us either the coupon or the quantity discount option. If you're ordering a bunch of downloads the quantity discount option is your best option.
