Saturday morning began with a healthy EB Breakfast and then it was off to the beach to take a group shot of all the Daytona Cathletes. The first of three fitness classes on Saturday began at 8:30 am with Cathe teaching a step/kickbox class.
We began the casting call at around 9:30 am for Cathletes wanting to try out to be in a future Cathe video. Over 30 Cathletes participated in the casting call that was held in a room just down the hall from the main banquet room. Everyone was filmed during the casting call and we will review every presentation and announce the winner in late January. During this time Cathe spent her time talking to the all of the Cathletes and signing autographs and taking pictures while Chris held a question and answer session.
At 11:15 am the second class of the day was held and this time Cathe taught a Lower Body Blast workout with weights and paper plate. After a quick break it was off to the pool deck to enjoy a nice lunch and 89 degree weather with a nice ocean breeze.
At 3:00 pm Cathe taught the last class of the day and this time she taught a class based on our soon to be released workout called Travel Fit which features low impact cardio and a stretch band.
We were back at the pool at 6:00 pm for dinner, relaxation and good conversation while enjoying the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. We moved back indoors at 8:00 pm for our DJ dance party and for more autographs and photos with Cathe. We finished the evening by showing everyone on giant projection screens our soon to be released Step Moves DVD.
