? about storage/changing before checkin

Ok, I just signed up and am really excited about joining in on the Daytona Fun.
I was wondering, since the standard check in time at the resort is 4:00pm, will the resort have a storage area for our luggage since the event starts at 12:00pm? Also are there any changing areas where we can freshen up after the first class since it will finish at 3:30 and we may not have been able to check in yet? (I understand the hotel will try to accommodate early check-in if the rooms are available, but they cannot guarantee early check-in). TIA
