This looks fantastic! I love the extended stretch in STS and I am so looking forward to having some yoga workouts by Cathe!
And man does Jai look gorgeous! I am so happy that we get to have both Jai and Lorraine in this series - (and of course I always love to see Brenda)....but I really miss Cede.

I am really looking forward to the yoga workouts. I often wish I did more yoga so with Cathe as my yoga instructor I know that I will.
So far I think all the clips look amazing. It's been a long wait but I know it will be worth it.

I think that the 2 yoga workouts are really going to help me with my balance. Looking forward to incorporating these into my rotations!
