I always know when Cede is in the DVD that she's helping Cathe count. In this series, I haven't seen anyone's lips moving. Is it Loraine? She's in Cede "place." Just curious.

They may have an electronic one on the set. Although, Cathe does ask in both Cardio Supersets and Athletic Training. I miss Cedie and I love the new Crew too. Brenda, Lorraine, and Jai all look awesome.

I have to say that this is the only thing that I can think of in this series that kind of ...I don't know...was a bit or nuance "off" to me, that it seems as though there is not one person who is counting.
I suppose I am just so used to Cedie counting in the old ones, it seems it ain't fittin', it just ain't fittin'.   No matter...LIS is still a wonderful series
