unable to pre-order

Dear Cathe. I am trying to pre-order but as soon as I get to shipping I receive a message informing me that you are not shipping to London at this present time and can go no further with my order, I did submit a ticket but that was playing up too and gave me a message that my email address is already on the system submit a New ticket, but it would not let me .

Problem with London Order

Everything is working fine on our end as far as we know. We tested doing an order using your address and everything worked. I know you contacted customer service and it's probably best to let them handle this with you. It just sounds like you're typing something in the address field incorrectly? But I'm sure customer support can help you.
