STS cardio clarification

I am so excited to receive STS! I have some post-pregnancy pounds to lose. I just would like to clarify which band is used in travel fit. I noticed a previous post stated TPE 6 ft stretch bands, but under shop cathe it says TPR. Are these the same bands?

We used what is called the TPE stretch band. This is not available yet, but should be shortly.

Hi ttobes22!

We do not have the band that we used in Travel Fit available yet but it should be here very soon. This band is not the same as the TPR band that is currently in our catalog. This TPE band is much more flexible and all of the exercises were created with this band. Feel free to substitute any band that you would like to for now. I think you will enjoy this workout. It has fun moves and fun music.
