Cathe: Can you tell me what the RPM's you use for cyclemax. I have a Pro Commercial Spinner at home and it has a Star Trac Spinning computer attached that shows RPM's and I see you use the count from 4-8. Knowing the rpms for sprints, and climbs would be very useful. Love CycleMax and really got my HR rate up a great workout. Sallie

That was the only thing I missed about CycleMax compared to other spin DVDs I have -- no RPM. The workout itself definitely makes up for that lack, though!
