I got my DVDs Thursday but no time to try them out yet. We buried my dear mom's ashes yesterday and then honoured my late dad, a WWII vet, at a Remembrance Day service, both in my home town. I had no energy for anything when we got home last night. But today, I will jump in ( or slide n glide in, rather ) as mom and dad wouldn't want me to slack off on my health. They both lived into their late 80's and I intend to do the same!
