I asked for my the pink band to be added to my pre-sale order and not shipped out until the order has been shipped out. I was contacted and asked permission to charge the band on my cc, and after I said ok, I never heard back. I emailed 2 more times asking for a confirmation and the number I was given for the order did NOT work. I am wondering if someone in customer service could get back to me - I don't want my order to be messed up.
