Running home to check the mail everyday was exciting at first, but now its torture! I am in Maine and I was really hoping they were going to be waiting for me when I got home today so I could start the new rotation....but nothing!! It's really hard reading all of these great reviews, I hope they get here soon, I can't wait to try them out!!

I too was feeling left out in the cold still. However, they showed up today. My dog was so excited she jumped off the couch, hit her tail on the coffee table and knocked all my kids lego builds off onto the floor where they all broke. My kids were so mad when they got home I had to help with damage control instead of trying a new Cathe. I hope yours comes soon.

I have sent an e-mail to customer support for follow up to see if my shipment can be tracked or confirmed if it's been processed and mailed.

When there was no mail in the mailbox today I was hopeful that there would be a package on the porch...and there was!!! I really hope that it comes for you soon, but I have to say they were worth the wait! I tried out afterburn tonight and wow what a workout!! My dog was also a fan of the new slide and glide disks and kept trying to steal them from underneath my feet! Lesson learned -play with the dog first!
I can't wait to try out the rest!! Fingers crossed that they come for everyone else soon!!

Still waiting here in Australia. I am not happy. I ordered on the first day. I could have flown over and picked them up myself instead of waiting for their extremely slow international shipping.
A tracking number would also be useful so I can see exactly where they are. I usually receive packages in about one week from other companies. Cathy Last edited by CathyP; 11-02-2011 at 11:25 PM.. Reason: Addition

Glad someone else has also got their orders in about a week from else where. Might be foreigners but are not green on who delivers the fastest.

I found out that my LIS DVD set was not shipped out with the other pre-sale orders. All my waiting had been for naught, and I still have another weekend of waiting to go.

On Monday, I sent an e-mail to Cathe.com customer service to seek confirmation that the package had been shipped. A few days later I received an e-mail message that my LIS DVD pre-sale order was never shipped.
I think what may have happen was that I ordered some other fitness products that shipped separately back in the spring on the same transaction, and that my pre-sale order ticket may have been closed out or overlooked for final processing in error.
