Even though I only have STS abs I love the Cathe tv!!! It's great seeing you work along with everyone & all the helpful tips!! They're great with or w/o STS.
It's great to hear you answer forum ?'s on there.
It was reassuring to hear that you also have fluxuation in your fitness. I admit I was surprised to hear that you are not always - da da da da!!! SUPERWOMEN/BIONIC WOMAN all the time!
Also love your sneakers in this latest clip - the black ones!! Man, I would love to raid your closet!!!
