I was wondering if you could go over form on some of the stretches you have us do. I know that on some of them I'm not obtaining the right angle, or putting pressure the right way to get the stretch to the fullest but can't quite seem to get it. For instance, with pigeon pose, are we supposed to angle our knee forward, to the side? When we go forward, I tend to lean toward the side with the extended leg, is that ok? Or should I only go forward as long as I can keep my shoulders parallel with the floor? Thanks!
