Lower Body!

Hello! So, I was trying to figure out how to get my lower body in great shape, and I am so excited to be trying this....
Along with my regular rotation of cardio, Tabata,HiiT, weights, and Yoga, I am tacking on the barre exercises from Lower Body Blast (double leg mix) a couple times a week to the end of my workout. I am looking forward to seeing how effective this will be. I love the whole Lower Body Blast DVD. Awesome workout!!! Also, I pulled out a couple of old Karen Voight yoga workouts, and her instruction is phenomenal; I highly recommend. These will be going into my rotations.
