An on-line catalog would be so convenient for referencing workouts.
Perhaps the on-line catalog would have the feature of turning pages. I hear there will no longer be a catalog which I think is very much needed, and maybe this could be a way of replacing it without the cost of paper, printing it, and sending it out. I'm truly lost without it when I create a rotation for myself. Janie

I agree...I'd love to have a new catalog.
I have pages from the old catalog pulled out and placed in the back of each video for premix reference....then i have another one that I use for rotations.... I'd love to have the opportunity to have all that information available....again.

Great idea, Janie! I still use my old 2007 catalog. If I remember correctly, didn't Cathe.com had an online catalog before
