I love the firewalker bands. Whenever the DVD has lunges, which I don't do, now I substitue the firewalkers. I also love that they come with suggested exercises using these loops besides firewalkers. These are a very useful exercise accessory. Thanks a lot.

I got these earlier this week and I love mine too! I think these are also the ighest quality "versa" loop on the market. I've ordered bands like these from several fitness stores before and none come close to the tension and overall feel/quality that the Cathe Bands! The insert is a big bonus! Great for traveling or fitting in a few minutes of exercise during some down time without having to get out any real equipment.

I just received mine yesterday (took advantage of them being on sale this past week) and I agree that they are great quality. I can't wait to try them out!
