DH just bought me a box of 3 6' bands from Amazon, but they are Cathe bands. I tried to use them in the gym style workouts, but they seem too short to stand on and press over my head. It it that they are not the right ones, and we should have gotten longer bands, or they are too new and need to be stretched out somehow? I was wondering if I'm the only one with this problem.

You're not the only one with this problem. I have also been debating which bands to get.
I think Cathe and crew are using a brand called Dyna bands in the Gym Style series. They are also available on Amazon. Unfortunately I saw an Amazon review that said the Dyna Bands aren't really 6 feet so I don't know what to do. I'm 5'10"...I need all the band I can get.

I'm only 5'3" and I have this problem. DH bought it for me as part of my anniversary gift, and I hate to return them. It's really becoming a problem.
