A bokken would be great to add to the products list.
I suggested elsewhere that Cathe have a workout to accommodate this product.
This exercise has been around for hundreds of years and us Westerners are just seeing some DVD's using this product. From what I understand, It greatly defines the upper body. I just ordered a bokken and a DVD called "Forza" from Ilaria Montagnani. She is so buffed! Still, I would love to see what Cathe could come up with.
