Can you make the nutrition manager go to a new page instead of being a popup? I block popups on all my browsers and I need to enable them for nutrition manager and then disable popups for my regular website surfing.

What I do is add the Cathe sites to my allowed list for pop-ups. Does your pop-up blocker allow you to do that? Then you wouldn't have to keep toggling your settings.
