I'm trying to sumit a ticket but it keeps saying the e-mail address already exists. I want to cancel my order so I can use a different credit card.

That means you have already registered and just need to login, not re-register. But the help desk is only for technical issues. for matters like this you just meed to email Support@shopcathe.com
