When I go to schedule a workout I don't see the STS Extended Stretch in the list of STS Workouts.
Can this be added please and thanks.

The STS extended stretch routine is regarded as an "add on" by us and not an individual workout. We currently only show workouts as icons, not any add ons. This might be something we could think about changing in the future though.
