Hi,
In Meso 3, disc #30, Shoulders, Biceps & triceps, the first set of exercises uses #716, Flat Bench BB Tricep Extensions. Then the subsequent sets use #717, Flat Bench Tricep Extensions DB. In the actual workout, the DB's are used for all sets. It seems to be an error in the workout card.
