Problem accessing a calendar

Hi i am new to Workout Manager but when i select the date on calendar nothing happens> any help appreciated.

Hi Focused,

Are you clicking the actual number?

When I first started using the Workout Manager I was trying to click the square for the day. Place your cursor on the number itself and click.
