First of all, thanks for putting up the Nov rotation as a download to the WM! I often do the rotations later than the suggested dates! With that being said, I noticed that there are only a limited number of rotations on the page when they can be downloaded into my WM, or am I missing something? Is there any way that rotations that once were on the download page and are no longer there can be accessed?

All of the rotations are still available. I think what is confusing you is that you're looking at the newest and most recent downloads table. To see the complete list of downloads you need to use the wizard located above the newest and most popular rotations.
