Angry The nutriton software is not working again.

Again when I log on it says I must first purchase a package. And also I continue to get this:

Try logging out of the forums and then logging in directly on the Workout Manager page. HTH.

My nutrition software is still not working. I was able to log into it the day I purchased it but that was it. I have tried all of the solutions posted but nothing works. I double checked my mastercard to make sure I got charged and I did. Being that it was only a month are we going to start the month when the software works instead of when we purchased it. Do I need to purchase it again for it to work? Will we get a refund for the first purchase?
