Thumbs down Now something new with the nutrition software

Sorry to be a continous pain.

Now when I try to log in it gives me this:

For access the Vitabot,you have to Register
Register me

when I try to register it comes up error.

Also from the sidebar and big purple box it is still showing not found with all the jarble.

I purchased a one-year package (birthday treat to myself) and I'm getting that same error message, jharris -- "To access the Vitabot you have to register."

Hmmm....

It sounds like your not logged into the Workout Manager. Can you try clicking on the WM Logout and then login again and let me know what happens?

It sounds like your not logged into the Workout Manager. Can you try clicking on the WM Logout and then login again and let me know what happens?
I've tested using all of our test accounts and everyting is working fine.

Hmmm....

The problem you’re having is username has a blank space in it (Kathy S.) and that was causing a problem with your password being handed off correctly to the Nutrition server. We became aware of this bug yesterday and fixed it late last night. The problem is you signed up before we fixed the bug. So we have two options:


#1 We refund your credit card and you join up again.
#2 Wait till tomorrow and see if we can find a solution to add you back in.

Just let me know which one of the options you want us to do and we will get you up and running.

Chris, sorry I didn't see this sooner -- I've been offline all day.

Why don't you just refund my cc -- that seems easier for you guys. I'm happy to re-sign up and I don't want to take up endless time from y'all on trying to find an exotic fix. Thanks so much!!!!!!!

I'm getting the same error when I try to log in, and I have NO spaces in my name. I cannot log in today.

It works for me only if I log out of everything else first--out of the forums, etc. as well. Then I launch a new Workout Manager page and log in there. After it's going, I can go ahead and log back into the forums again as well. I hope that helps anyone out there having trouble.

I log out of the forums and delete all my Cathe-site cookies. Then log back in the forums and I can then select the WM then the NS. Hasn't failed me since I signed up yesterday morning.

If you have not done so already please open a support ticket by clicking on the "Contact Us" link and we will get you up and running.
