On Disc 4 - Meso 1 - Week 2 - Chest, Shoulders and Biceps,
there are 3 exercises that do not appear in the pull down menu for 1RM Testing: 1 - Seated Rear Flys into Band Pulls 2 - Seated Curls Alternating + Both Arms (dumbbell) 3 - Seated Lateral Raise Both Arms High Ends (dumbbell) |

These exercises should not show in the 1RM calculator as they either are a superset or use a rep pattern.

1 - Seated Rear Flys into Band Pulls there IS a 1RM test for Seated Rear Flys - I used that # 2 - Seated Curls Alternating + Both Arms (dumbbell) I used either my alternating curls or curls # 3 - Seated Lateral Raise Both Arms High Ends (dumbbell) I used the seated lat raise #s... I had to go lighter tho because this is a harder version for me. Hope that helps a bit.
