i just got the Boot Camp / Muscle Endurance DVD which has a Bonus Combo. is that listed somewhere in the Workout Mgr? if so, can you tell me where to find it? I did not see it in the Premixes & that's probably because it's not listed as a Premix on the DVD.

We currently only list the regular workouts and most premixes in the Workout Manager, not the Bonus Combos. You can always you the generic icon "cardio" for any cardio workout you want to add to your Workout Manager Calendar. You can even add a title to the generic icon. Eventually we will circle back and add the bonus combos to the Workout Manager, but that will have to be down the road and after we finish our current work.
