Hi,
I've used the nutrition feature twice before, both times for a few months and had a lot of custom foods and recipes input, cause I'm in Europe and we have different products overhere. However, with the new version, it's all disappeared. I just signed up for the nutrition software for the 3rd time so I'd appreciate it if all my custom foods and recipes are put back in place. Thanks. BTW: I also posted this as a comment with the article regarding the new version on your blog, but it seems to have disappeared. Love hearing from you. We haven't touched the premium nutrition site. Everything is exactly as it was and we haven't removed anything. As long as you re-registered with the same username and password you should find all of your old data still in place.

I did, but it's not there. Neither we're my personal settings or what I input for weight, and measurements in the past. I had to input that again too.
I've never changed my username. It's been the same since I signed up here many years ago. |

I would suggest as a first step opening a ticket. we can then investigate further.

I already opened a ticket on 10 January but didn't receive any reply.

It can take several days or longer for a technical problem before you get a response, but you have already been responded to and we're awaiting your response. You may want to check your junk mail folder.
