I can select the checkbox to mark a workout as completed, but the selection is never persisted. ie) If I navigate away from the page and return it is not selected.
I have tried in Firefox 3.0.3 and IE 6.0. Yes they are old browsers but I have no choice but to use these. Thanks.

You're just using a browser that is too old. Without an updated browser your going to have problems like this.
