I was hoping that the new version of WM would solve this problem, but it seems it did not. I cannot stay logged in for more than about 30 seconds. I am informed "You are not logged in" when I try to do anything that I cannot type or select very quickly.
I have Internet Explorer. Do you know if there is some setting with the cookies, or Internet Options Privacy tab that will help? Does anyone else have this problem? Is it just my computer/internet or something to do with WM? Thanks! |

We actually corrected this problem several months ago on the beta 1.0 version. I would suggest trying to clean your browsers cache and also delete cookies. Also are you using IE 7.0 ?

Yes, I have Internet Explorer 7.0. What exactly does clearing the cache mean...the Temporary Internet files?
Also, I should mention that I have this problem in the Forums as well, not just WM. |

The Workout Manager and our Forums use the same login function.
Here are some links to help you clear your cache and delete cookies. You probably just have a corrupt cookie. http://www.ie-vista.com/history.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kup25P0ImjU Last edited by SNM Videos; 01-29-2009 at 05:16 PM.. |
